OUR HISTORY

Tandem Inc. was founded in 1985 in the Vail Valley when Beaver Creek Resort existed mainly on paper, and landmark communities like Cordillera and Mountain Star were considered risky businesses. Tandem has worked with some of the world’s most exclusive real estate, working with some of the resort industry’s most accomplished developers.

Over the years, Tandem has earned a reputation for producing sales driven, award-winning marketing programs, with recognition from the National Home Builders Association, the American Resort Development Association, the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, the Telly Awards, the Advertising Federation, American Institute of Graphic Arts and the Art Director’s Club.
